Deadbeat Dads (and Moms)

We have resources to assist you in locating any deadbeat parent who skips out on child support payments nationwide. Without doubt the deadbeat dad out numbers the deadbeat mom but to us they're equally responsible for paying a debt owed to their children and should be paying child support payments. You might know where the deadbeat lives but can't locate their place of employment. We can usually find someone's employer even if they're self employed.

We don't take a percentage of your child support payments as some agencies do but we charge one flat rate of $265.00 for an employment search. The employment search will return the employers name, employer address, employer city and state and in most cases the employer phone number. If we are unable to locate the place of employment of the deadbeat dad or deadbeat mom, there's a $25.00 no hit fee for the employment search.

If you require even more proof of employment for personal reasons such as divorce we can arrange surveillance video of the deadbeat parent. In most cases knowing where the deadbeat dad or deadbeat mom work and their employers information will be enough for the state to pursue collections for the child. In many areas though the state just doesn't take the time or have the resources to hunt for that elusive deadbeat and launch and employment search to prove assets and the ability to pay child support.

To launch an employment collection search is pretty simple. All you need is the name of the deadbeat dad or deadbeat mom, the social security number and the address. If you don't have the social security number we can usually find it and charge you an additional $45.00. Federal law prohibits us from disclosing the social security number to you unless you present us with a court order, identification and a signed release.
